I have two dogs, one of which is a 6 month old Brussels Griffon named Winston (pictured below). Well, ocassionally Winston still makes mistakes in the house, so I bought some Woolite Pet Oxygen carpet cleaner to clean up his mistakes. The stuff works great, problem is, that when pointed down the bottle won’t spray, which makes the bottle pretty useless. So in order to use the bottle, I need to either get a new bottle that will spray down, or teach Winston to start peeing on the wall instead of the floor.
Too bad that they didn’t hire a QA Engineer, or actually try to use the product themselves.
Update: I forwarded this thread and a complaint to Woolite saying that the bottle they use could use some redesign love, and check out the response I got:
Things that I thought were funny about this:
- The discusssion thread is centered…Why not Left Align it?
- They have my first and last name, yet my initial statment says it was from “Customer ()”
So not only does their bottle need a QA Engineer, their Product Feedback Form needs some QA work.
